Consent to Electronic Disclosures

Important: This document explains how Scope Save, Inc. ("Scope," "we," "us") will provide you with important information electronically. Please read this carefully and ensure you can access electronic documents before agreeing. This consent is provided in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws regarding electronic transactions.

1. Your Consent to Electronic Delivery

By using the Scope application and services, you agree that we may provide you with all disclosures, notices, and other communications about your account electronically. This includes:

  • Account agreements, terms of service, and updates to these documents
  • Periodic account statements and transaction history
  • Transaction confirmations and receipts
  • Privacy Policy, GLBA Privacy Notice, and updates
  • Electronic Fund Transfer (Regulation E) disclosures
  • Error resolution notices
  • Tax documents (such as 1099 forms, if applicable)
  • Legal and regulatory disclosures required by federal or state law
  • Any other account-related communications

2. System Requirements

To receive and view electronic communications from us, you will need:

  • A valid email address
  • Access to the internet
  • A device capable of accessing the internet (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
  • A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
  • Software capable of reading PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • Sufficient storage space to save documents or a printer to print them

3. How We Will Communicate With You

Electronic communications will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email to your registered email address
  • In-app notifications within the Scope application
  • Push notifications to your mobile device (if you have opted in)
  • Documents posted within your Scope account for you to access when logged in

We will send you an email or in-app notification when new documents or disclosures are available in your account.

4. Keeping Your Information Current

You must keep your email address and contact information up to date. You can update your information at any time through the Scope mobile application settings or by contacting customer support at customersupport@scopesave.com.

Warning: If your email address becomes invalid and you have not updated it, you may miss important account information, including legally required disclosures. We may restrict or close your account if we are unable to deliver required communications to you.

5. Your Right to Paper Copies

You have the right to receive paper copies of any electronic communication. To request a paper copy, contact us by:

We will mail paper copies to your address on file within 10 business days. We do not currently charge a fee for providing paper copies.

6. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us using the methods listed above. However, please note:

  • Withdrawing consent may result in the closure of your Scope account, as our service is designed to operate electronically.
  • Any legal disclosures or notices delivered to you electronically before you withdraw consent remain valid and effective.
  • If your account is closed due to consent withdrawal, any remaining balance will be returned to your linked bank account via standard ACH transfer.

7. Confirming Your Ability to Access Documents

By agreeing to electronic delivery, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand this consent.
  • You meet the system requirements listed above.
  • You can access, view, download, save, and print electronic documents.
  • Your email address on file is accurate and active.
