By using the Scope application and services, you agree that we may provide you with all disclosures, notices, and other communications about your account electronically. This includes:

• Account agreements and updates
• Monthly or periodic account statements
• Transaction confirmations and receipts
• Tax documents (such as 1099-INT forms for interest earned)
• Privacy notices and policy updates
• Legal and regulatory disclosures
• Error resolution notices
• Any other account-related communications

System Requirements

To receive and view electronic communications from us, you will need:

• A valid email address
• Access to the internet
• A device capable of accessing the internet (computer, smartphone, or tablet)
• A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
• Software capable of reading PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• Sufficient storage space to save documents or a printer to print them

How We'll Communicate With You

Electronic communications will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• Email to your registered email address
• In-app notifications within the Scope application
• Text messages to your registered phone number (if you've opted in)
• Posting documents within your Scope account for you to access when logged in

We'll send you an email notification when new documents are available in your account.

Keeping Your Information Current

You must keep your email address and contact information up to date. You can update your information at any time through:

• The Scope mobile application settings

Your Right to Paper Copies

You have the right to receive paper copies of any electronic communication. To request a paper copy:

Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. However, please note:

• Withdrawing consent may result in the closure of your Scope account, as our service is designed to operate electronically
• Any legal disclosures or notices sent before you withdraw consent remain valid
• You'll need to contact us using the methods above to withdraw consent

Federal and State Law

This consent to electronic disclosures is provided in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws regarding electronic transactions.

Confirming Your Ability to Access Documents

By agreeing to electronic delivery, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this consent
• You meet the system requirements listed above
• You can access, view, download, save, and print electronic documents
• Your email address on file is accurate and active
