Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Scope does not have any affiliates.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Scope does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Scope does not jointly market.

State Laws
We will comply with applicable state laws that provide you with additional privacy protections. For example:
- California residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliates except as permitted by California law.
- Vermont residents: We will not share your information with nonaffiliates except as permitted by Vermont law.
